OK, found a host, www.heliohost.org. Unlimited MySQL, FTP, POP3, plus numerous other things (most notably cPanel 10). I broke my own rule of posting for hosting, but the package I got is ad supported instead of posts, if I were to upgrade to posting, my site would be ad free (except for my ads). The ads are a little bit large, but they can be placed at the bottom of the page. Take a look at them on my site, www.spaceplace.tk. They don't look bad at all. PM djbob on the 4FN forums and he would probably set you up with an ad-supported package if you agree to place them ASAP (the package isn't availible to the public currently because he wants to do auto-ads, which he can't because he doesn't have root access to the server).

Also, there is www.atgig.com. That is pretty good.
