Default Boot-It NG

I don't know why I have not posted this app before on this forum
<<smacks self in forehead>>

Boot-It NG--
if you are not familiar with it... is a very good / very small /powerful Partition manager. It will fit on a floppy disc.
It has saved me from many situations-- that in my opinion-- could not be fixed with any other application.
It is so good it almost sounds too-good-to-be-true-- it does everything claimed-- and probably much more in more experienced hands.

See the website for more details...

With any powerful tool
--reading about it before use is a must.

Dont use it. I just tried to use it to re-unify my partitions... got Error 53, guess what. No more windows. I have "one or more unrecoverable errors" according to chkdsk in Repair console. Also, it has 191GB capacity, with 191 free, and an unkown FIlesystem. I have to do a COMPLETE reinstallation of windows now.

If you have not already reinstalled--it most likely can be saved.

AW-- I am sorry you had an issue with this program... I never used it for such a purpose... and just as I said in my first post-- it has saved me from reinstall on many occasions. Once when I could not even get my Windows setup to load from the CD drive-- it DID recognize the floppy of Boot-it.... and I was able to save my install.

As I also said-- I learned of this program via Fred Langa's newsletter-- which is highly regarded he said that he personally uses it-- and I have read of people using it to install many Operating systems on one PC

I am seaching their knowledge-base to see if there's a solution...
