Hi-- welcome to PCHF.
In order to help you-- we'll need more info System Specs ? Windows Version (XP? 2000? Vista?) BIOS Type version ? 1)-- your PC is randomly rebooting while you are using it? 2) In order to know what the beeps mean for sure... we'll need to know what BIOS you are running. This is displayed briefly... very briefly when your PC first starts to boot. After the power-button/before windows welcome screen. 3)The third issue is probably related to the first 2--I suspect a video-card issue for the BIOS beeps. If the Video card is failing-- or your Windows installation is really trashed, your boot-up will fail-- so the system asks you to run your Windows install disc to repair itself.

1. yes my pc is rebooting randomly. It doesn't make any warning or whatsoever, it just rebooting.
2. I can't read the BIOS when my pc is restarting, but I ran the dxdiag and here's what it says: System Manufacturer: VIA technologies BIOS: Phoenix - AwardBIOS v6.00PG 3. I think that due to my pc "auto reboot" my windows software had crash or somthing |

Have you seen any "blue screen" errors ? If you do see them-- but it reboots before you can read the screen-- disable auto-reboot.
Start/Control Panel//System//Advanced//Startup & Recovery//Settings under system-failure UNCHECK auyomatically restart. You will the be able to read any stop errors you get... write them down exactly-- and post them here, please.

I think your video card is the issue-- it may be "on it's way out"-- but those errors can sometimes narrow it down.
