Red face Overclocked no boot **URGENT HELP PLEASE**

Hi, Need some serious help on this one!

30 minutes ago I happily sat at my newly configured RAID0 system transferring all my data back from removable media while listening to internet radio when I thought it may speed things up a bit if I were to use my overclocking in windows utility, the CPU was working away at the time when I switched to 110% (CPU is AMD Athlon 64 3200+ running at 2000mhz) this would only bump it up to 2200mhz! all of a sudden it locked up, I couldnt even Ctrl+Alt-Del, after restarting manually it gets passed the option of entering BIOS up to the screen where it shows system configuration, but not fully loading (just showing half the screen) and locks, after several restarts gets to a slightly different stage on the screen.
This is as far as it goes and I cant boot from floppy!
MOBO is an ASUS A8N-E with 2 x 1GB sticks of Corsair RAM
Have i killed my CPU????
Somebody please help as it feels like someone has has just stuck a screwdriver through my head!

Howdy.. Just clear the CMOS.. Your Raid Array will not be ruined.. It will still be there.. I have had to do it many times.. Never lost my Raid array.

Yes would like to see if it worked.. It should.. Just take out the small battery for a good thirty seconds plop it back in and there ya go. Your array will still be there and your cpu clock will go back to what it was normally.
