I have my QMUSIC software that I intalled to my pc this software come from my mp3 player that can transfer cd audio or .wav files to mp3 files and vice versa. the problem is when I open this program the there something window coming up stated "the page canno't display pls contact your internet provider" but my pc do not have internet connection. what would I do? and what's the problem of this software? I use this for a month to edit my mp3 player by the way the software/mp3 player was manufactured by BENQ. Thank for you

Hi, I would think that the Internet Explorer page that is opening is trying to go directly to the QMusic homepage. The reason it is coming up is because a) your trial has expired b) it is trying to get you to register the software. Obviously if you have no internet connection on that PC the page will come up with "Page cannot be displayed".

hegis that reason was also coming from my mind but is there any cause? I installed this software since I buy my BENQ mp3 player that was january 2003 until last yesterday I use it with no hustle.

Hmmm...nope. Did you try re-installing it? That may re-set the clock as far as the software is concerned.

Have a look inside its options to see if it is set to automaticly check for updates on start up , or any other option that would require internet.
