Hya Chad , give this a try first:

Please download ATF-Cleaner.

Run ATF-Cleaner:
First check "Select All" , and then remove the tick infront of "History".
Then click Empty Selected.
When you get the "Done Cleaning" message, click OK.

Then install and run RegSupremePro.

It will want to make a backup of your registry , let it. Once it has finished, click on the Registry Cleaner tab, select Aggressive. When it has completed, click on Select, choose All. Click on Fix, and let it fix everything that it finds.

And then try to install again.

I downloaded and did the first one, but in the second one it didn't ask me to back-up so i did it myself through regedit. Also i selected all, but there is no fix anywhere. There is only a remove. Do i remove it all?

k. Did that. I tried to install again, but still it fails. I think some of the DLL files or services needed by zone alarm to install and perform was deleted, or corrupted. Is there any way of getting all of the files that zone alarm needs to work properly, and put it someplace appropriate, so that it will work properly?

The Zonealarm installer is just one single file , nothing to miss. But first have a look in youre thread where you posted an hjt log and follow the instructions i posted there to get rid of the malware on youre pc first , it might be interfering with the install.

i did, there is no malware, spyware, adware or even viruses in my comp
i downloaded the software u had there, and also i had my own
so i check with all of them. I think most probably it has got to do with something of the True-Vector Service that Zone Alarm needs to perform properly. When i had a viruses around 6 months, back it deleted a lot of my system files and so on, so i think it could have done something to the registry and/or tothe system files like True Vector. So could anybody plz tell me a software that looks and finds and tells me if there are any errors in system files. I am willing to buy the software, if needed.
