    You are getting out ok it shows this on the test but you are failing on dns

    Ping request could not find host plus.net. Please check the name and try again.
    DNS request timed out.
    timeout was 2 seconds.
    Server: UnKnown
    Address: 4.2.2.0

    You need to set the dns to 208.67.220.220 & 208.67.222.222 and stop the Bonjour Service as this can give that problem.
    You also have Mcafee running as well which could effect it you dont run two security products as they effect each other.

    Lastley your MTU is set way out unless your isp is strange and has told you to set it so low. Test it with this software choose mtu/latency test select a url then max mtu button try it with 3 sites from the list it should come back at about 1500 yours is set to 1300 post results

    I have tried all that you have suggested. The little yellow sign on the signale bars is gone but still no acsses. Here is the results that you asked for.

    Pinging [68.67.73.20] with 1500 bytes -> ..fragmented
    Pinging [68.67.73.20] with 750 bytes ->bytes=750 time=84ms TTL=54
    Pinging [68.67.73.20] with 1125 bytes ->bytes=1125 time=88ms TTL=54
    Pinging [68.67.73.20] with 1312 bytes -> ..fragmented
    Pinging [68.67.73.20] with 1218 bytes ->bytes=1218 time=89ms TTL=54
    Pinging [68.67.73.20] with 1265 bytes ->bytes=1265 time=89ms TTL=54
    Pinging [68.67.73.20] with 1288 bytes -> ..fragmented
    Pinging [68.67.73.20] with 1276 bytes -> ..fragmented
    Pinging [68.67.73.20] with 1270 bytes ->bytes=1270 time=88ms TTL=54
    Pinging [68.67.73.20] with 1273 bytes -> ..fragmented
    Pinging [68.67.73.20] with 1271 bytes ->bytes=1271 time=89ms TTL=54
    Pinging [68.67.73.20] with 1272 bytes ->bytes=1272 time=89ms TTL=54
    The largest possible non-fragmented packet is 1272 (1300 - 28 ICMP & IP headers).
    You can set your MTU to 1300

    You will need to have a pdf viewer here is the one I use.
    Better than Adobe PDF Reader and Acrobat

    Also if that doesnt work then go to device manager and uninstall your wireless driver,then reboot.

    Follow all the prompts and get your wireless driver,If for some reason that doesnt work or there are no drivers for your device then use drivermax you only need to register it via your email and you get two free drivers perday.
