    ccleaner

Malwarebytes isnt open source (well its not free). Neither is Glary Utils

    cdburnerxp - for creating ISO's / burning / ripping / burning MP3's. There is also a x64 version

There's also connectify, for windows 7. Which will let it act as an access point (but you need a wireless adapter) so it'll work

    hijackthis

    Auslogics disk defrag

    Defraggler

    VLC

Teamviewer. I use this a lot for remote access. When helping people. Better than remote desktop. The one youre helping, can see what you're doing

Re: What are your favourite open source tools

    Good morning Speedy Gonzales :)
    Thanks for your input
Well not open source but there are free versions of Glaryutilities and Malwarebytes antimalware. ;)
it would be nice if you add a new message with the links to cdburnerxp, connectify, Teamviewer, Defraggler, hijackthis websites. So that everyone could enjoy your choice.
I' ve tried cdburnerxp sometimes ago, it's nice but I had a problem with it. I can't remember what was that problem but I'll tell you as soon as I can remember. It also had a lot of advertising, Am I right?. So I choose Imgburn without the ask toolbar. I also do not need all the options CDburnerxp offers.
But it still a very nice Choice
    Thank you
    To Kamike: Thank you

Re: What are your favourite open source tools

I tried to add links but all that did, was come back to this site. It doesnt matter, if I type the addies in manually, or use insert link in this reply. How do you get rid of the pchelp bit at the front?

    CDBurnerXP: - CDBurnerXP

Defraggler - File and Disk Defragmentation - Free Download - Defraggler

There is a ask bar install free version of CDburnerXP. Or remember to untick askbar (do a custom install first). Before you install it

Re: What are your favourite open source tools

    Hello smokeycheech :)
It seems I did a mistake with the title of this thread... I had to choose the word "Freeware" or "free" instead of "Opensource"
Is it possible to change the title and put:
"What are your favourite free tools under Windows 7?"
    Thanks
