I do not know if we have info like this, but I have seen a couple threads about members having problems uninstalling programs. I use HTJ to unistall programs as it akes everything away including Reg keys. I also use it for just about everything as it is more than a malware detector..

Download Hijackthis From my Signature..
Save it to a permanent folder such as My documents
Open up Hijackthis.
You will see 6 options
Click on Open the Misc Tools Section.
Another window will appear showing you 6 More options.
Click Open Uninstall manager
Next Click on the program you wish to Uninstall
The click on the tab that says Delete this Entry.
Hijackthis will then Uninstall the program from your computer.

The reason I find this tool better then the normal Add/Remove programs from the control panel is you can Edit the uninstall properties for the harder to uninstall programs. If you need any help with the editing of the programs or cannot get a program to uninstall let me know and I can send you a personal edit code..
