An unattended install (or silent install) is, as the name suggests a way to install without having to answer any questions during setup.  With nLite, you can also “slipstream” Service Packs, hotfixes, patches, drivers as well as applications.  This tutorial will take you through the basic steps on how to perform a slipstreamed unattended install using nLite.

Kaspersky installation and configuration

Start the Kaspersky setup program.
When installing the download version the setup will need to unpack the installation files.  You can specify the folder where the files will be placed.  Write down this location since, after installing, you can delete this folder. (click on the images for an enlargement).  Note: when installing the on-cd version you can skip this step.
