Hi i'm Dazzad and am new to all of this but I have been problems with my PC which I believe to be down to either a virus or spyware, but this has been effecting all sorts on my PC. So I thought what the hell i'll try asking for help (i'm male so don't normally do that).

I have a problem which means that I cannot run any spyware or antivirus on my PC. I think that this is something my son has downloaded as he was the last to use it before all hell broke loose I also cannot access the internet hence I am working from another computer or copy or transfer any files or open most of them. Any help that you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
