Short and sweet answer to that...nope
 Not just 64-bit Vista but, Vista as a whole wreaks havoc on malware removal programs. HJT does not play nice with it, and ComboFix just plain doesn't work on 64-Bit Vista.

There are VERY few tools for malware removal that work safely on any 64-bit version of windows.
