Hello there Pancake asked me to pop on and see if I can help.
Could you check event viewer for an error code. I found this link for you use the drop downbox to search errors. https://www.diskeeper.com/support/faqs.aspx There is also a patch available for download and the port and diskeeper must be allowed through the firewall. JB.

Oh you have a little freeze issues?
Lets see if we can rule out a few things. Download and run thses: CCleaner - Home SpeedFan - Access temperature sensor in your computer http://www.pchelpforum.com/memory/58...nload-run.html http://www.pchelpforum.com/new-membe...r-pc-spec.html Ok also click start/open run box and type in cmd and hit ok. Then in the command prompt window copy and paste in chkdsk /r and hit enter on your keypad. If you get a similar message to:Cannot run at this time would you like to schedule, type Y and hit enter on your keypad. Restart the machine and let chkdsk /r run,it may appear to stop or freeze at times but that is ok. Please post results. JB.
