Cool Antivirus XP 2008
Just had almost exactly same problem

Antivirus XP 2008 was installed on my computer and trying to delete it would not work.

- downloaded SpyHunter from Enigma Software Group USA, LLC.

ran the program (had to pay for it to clean system) but it did the job at least for me!
