Default need direction!!!

help.
i cks.
i have defender pro interbet security.
have contracted a malware or spyware trojan
i saw a note that said cyber x
it has disabled all firewall and virus protection blocks
i am able to run in safemode. i dont know what to do. i have some computer exp and can understand specific instructions.
i have tried ti download the necessary software but either that link was dead or i'm blocked while in safemode.
when i boot normal i get a text weindow with a jumbled word and input field. instructions say i need to verify i am the user of this pc. my cursor is restricted to this window.
help

help i cannot download the required files so i can generate the logs. the link ends when i try to download.

help please!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Default problems ...i'm goin insane

when i run the dss.exe file it gives me an error at the end when it tries to generate the text file, and then closes notes.
what do i do?

Hello fatdawg, welcome to PCHF.

Instead of going to Safe Mode, go to Safe Mode with Networking will give you internet access, assuming that you have a router instead of a hub?

Alternatively, you can create a new account in Safe Mode by going to Control Panel, User Accounts. Use that newly created user account to start in Normal Mode.
