Sorry if this is in the wrong place but this keeps popping up and i can not download anything because of it ! How do i get rid if this ? I need upgrades for my phone etc etc .

I have AVG and it runs when i start the pc , i can get to admin prompt but do not know what to type in ! Its all alien to me , i what to update my n95 and watch channel 4 re runs thats all !

Hi there ! I have got that far as to number 2 ! Do i type 2 and 3 into the pc when i get to the admin prompt screen ? I just what to watch some channel 4 stuff and update my phone , please help ? Off to work now but can to this when i get back , but i have a pc at work as well , so i can keep in contact .

Firstly download windows installer 3.1 Download details: Windows Installer 3.1 Redistributable
Install it.This one is for XP.


Vista Download details: Windows Installer 3.0 Redistributable

Ok I think you are using link 2?

Once in command prompt.

Type in cd %windir%\system32 then hit enter.

Next type in regsvr32 vbscript.dll hit enter.

Is this the part you were stuck on?
Please note there is a space between cd and % and on the second one there is a space between regsvr32 and vbscript.
