My CWShredder vs 2.19.0.1099 says it is unable to check for updates? I even downloaded a new one today - same thing when I click "Check for updates". What am I doing wrong?

Thanks for your reply. I have tried for months to "Check for updates" to no avail! That is why I tried downloading another copy from Trend Micro. The old and new said "Cannot check for updates" after I clicked on "Check for updates" in the software. I tried Trend Micro for support, but it didn't give an option for CWShredder support and wouldn't let me send a question.

ahh if you have being trying for months something may be amiss,
