hey there....im kinda new soo please dont get angry...

newayz my problem is in my messenger service...i log into my account for messenger and chatting away for a while...but after approx. 20-30min...my comp freezes and sends these weirds messages to other pplz in my MSN....it sends these weird messages and links and dl links....that i know 100% for sure that they r viruses...this is partially causing slight problems in real life as well as messaging life....

from then i thought that my MSN acc is hacked and therefore i cant use it anymore...so i made another account...but this sill happened as well....i tried various anti-viruses..even uninstalling and reinstalling messenger....still the problem is there...(my windows live messenger's version is 8.1) soo then i dont have any other ways to solve this problem im having...i've seen many in this forum having similar problems but since im not a professional comp user...i dont reli know wot i should do and wot i can do to solve this problem.....soo please if anyone out there knows of my problem and would like to share their time and help with me...then please....

scuse me just one question...when u say reboot...does it mean just by restarting the comp??? then pressing f8 and picking the option to run into safe mode??

Yes restart pc then go to safe mode

hey there....it might take longer for me to change to safe mode and update...soo...and also...i cant seem to get into safe mode..(cos i done safe mode once be4 but i forgot to update soo i went back to normal mode and update...but now i cant get to go back to safe again) <--- (it just shows me the windows xp pro option and thats it) soo im just wondering....cos i did the prework till stage 5....but since im reli busy at the moment it might take me a while to find time for me to get the data sorted...really sry...

On restarting your computer repeatedly press F8.
