There is a good site that I have been using for about 3 years.

HijackThis Logfileauswertung

Just copy and paste your log files, and it will tell you whats good, and whats bad through user experience.

There may be "unknown" processes, but it will give you info on that too.

While these sites are somewhat useful for seeing how a HJT log works... for troubleshooting your PC you are better off with a trained Security Specialist... the reason I say this-- is that HJT is a very good tool-- but it is by far not the only one they use. Some of the specialized removal tools they use require very specific knowledge-- and should never be used without a Trained Security Professional supervising.

If you want... go read a few recent (fixed) HJT logs

here's a very good example -- it took over a dozen posts-- and half a dozen tools to get this user's PC cleaned out:
