Default Question-AVG Antispyware

Just a question, did AVG Free-Edition Antispyware change? It seems that it did, it no longer is the same as before. I have the free version and it had access to the resident shield, auto update, etc. Now all of that is disabled and it seems like it got updated and the free version changed. Is this just me, or was this a change?

There was a free time-limited access to those features.
