Default Active x ? spyware help

Hi
I have error message box saying video active x object error. It continues to freeze up pc. Is there anyway I can get rid of it please. I have Norton AV. I was simply surfing a car mechanic site and the next thing I have I think downloaded this.
Help appreciated.

Is this the image you recive?

Yeah you guessed it, no mater which button you click you're trapped into clicking Continue ... however you can always press Alt & F4 on the keyboard to get out. Clicking Continue leads you to another Trojan.Codec site (sitesentrance(dot)com) via 216.255.181.154
sitesentrance(dot)com already exists in theHOSTS file, so I would recommend adding 216.255.181.154 to your Internet Explorer Restricted Zone. pixyoung(dot)com and the related sites will be added to the next update.

Thanks for offers of help. I am not quite sure finding my way around this website. However I did the Hijack log thing so what do I now need to do with the log?
