SVCHOST is staying anywhere from 80-100. This is kind of a big problem. I realize this is usually due to spyware. I have tried almost every program I can think of. I've used Ad-aware, spybot, super antispywear, Windows Advanced Care, CCleaner, hijackthis (which I will attach the log for it), and am now running Panda Activescan to see if that sees anything. I have also ran all of those in Safemode. I can't reinstall, because I do not have a reinstallation disk to use. When I get the Panda log I will also attach that.

I fixed my problem. The 650i Motherboards have a common corrupt driver file. Once you find those and remove them, then everything goes back to normal!
