Default I think I have a virus

I was on MSN messenger today and got a message from someone on my friends list that said something like "this pic looks like you" and had a link with my email address in it.. since it was from a familiar name (someone on my friends list) and not the usual random named spam bot I clicked the link. Then i got a message saying "picture file cant open" or something like that. So i knew something was wrong. It also then sent the same message (with updated email addresses in teh link to each person it went too) to everyone on my friends list. The friend that I originally got it from confirmed it was indeed a virus and his norton got rid of it. So since I dont have norton Ive come here for help. here are my logs.

I also notice super antispyware indeed did detect 2-3 trojans which avg only detected the usual tracking cookies

Hi I think you need a good anti virus like Mcafee, there are lots of trials on the internet.

I not sure that hijackthis is worth the trouble, considering the amount of threads on the subject. I tried it but I wasn't keen on it (didn't understand it really)

If you are using windows there are lots of free ware to clean up your computer eg clean disk which has a facility to clean lots of junk a computer generates of time. (dont forget to tick all the boxes) then defrag and scan disc.

Clean-up then sort out!!!

Thank you for wanting to help, but we require all advice on malware removal come from either PCHF Security Staff, or certified users authorized by the Security Team Leader. Please refrain from posting on these matters in the forum. Thank you, Terdogtanner
