Hello
I keep getting my homepage changed to:

"about:People's%20Republic%20of%20Thailand%20( PRT) "

When I open Internet Explorer it automatically defaults to the above. When I change the default settings it resets itself back. Has not prevented me from accessing other sites, as I go through Favourites and Google, but want the thing off my computer as its driving me mad. Does anyone please have the solution?? I have run the avg spyware and anti virus, with no success.

This is not an uncommon problem... it is caused by spyware/malware -and is called a "browser hijack"

logs will be analyzed by our security team-- please follow al their directions carefully-- they will get you clean-- and may suggest strategies to avoid this problem in the future.

One of out security ananlysts will check your logs-- when they give you instructions... follow them exactly (very important)
They are all trained pros in spyware/ adware removal.

Please be patient once you do post the logs-- security is very busy of late.
