My PCEye2000 has stopped working, I get a message saying it cannot find the database, a window says press YES to stop monitoring and re-install. But it came with the computer and I have no installation disc. I have been to the PCEye200 website and the Iqon website - neither of which were any help.....

This is a common occurrence. This program was bundled with other software to give you a taste of what it can do. Now, when you've gotten to rely on the software, it breaks down or times out. If you what to continue using the product, you might need to buy the software.

The only way around it would have been to have backed up the software originally. If you had Windows set up to back up your software automatically, you might be able to recover the operability of this program by restoring from one of the backup copies. Otherwise, buying the product might be your only way out.
