Default system alert

Hi, I have a system alert popping up on my task bar, showing a little shield that flashes red and blue. The message reads, you have a number of active spyware aplicaions that may impact performance on your computer. Click on icon to get rid of unwanted spyware by downloading an up-to-date antispyware solution.
I have norton antivurus and spyware software on my computer that is up dated every day via internet, so I dont understand why I am geting this message.
Ihave scanned my computer for malware ect. but still keep getting this message. Everytime I try to do anything on my pc it knocks me out. I was recieving alot of pop ups continuously every few seconds on my screen, they appear to have stopped for now but all I have now is this message.
Could anyone help me with this please.

Well it seems like you have a rogue virus program called spylocked which is exactly what it said when i had it.Do the prework in my signature and a spyware tech will take a look at it.

@AMDAthlon
You are correct, but Spylocked is only one of the many rogue anti-spyware programs out there. You can find out more abouyt them here:
http://www.pchelpforum.com/spyware-a...lear-them.html

@Bubbleuk
Click on the following link to access the Prework that AMDAthlon spoke about:
http://www.pchelpforum.com/hijackthi...a-prework.html

Any questions, just shoot.
