Hey, today my computer froze in the middle of converting wma files and playing a music video. Afterwards, its functions were severely crippled:

Can't drag and drop or copy and paste
Can't open many programs or internet browsers (internet still works with games and messenger)
Can't access system restore
Can't see user name beside the processes nor under the "user" tab in the task manager

Help! Anti-virus programs have been disabled..
