Default Trojan All Files Set to Read Only

I have a virus that is setting all my files read only, when i uncheck read only and open up preferences its read only again...
I have avast antivirus 4.7 home and it popped up that a trojan was found in C:\Program Files\s?mbols
but when i go to program files there is no s?mbols folder (yes, i have see hidden files and folders on) also i couldnt delete it anyway because it would be read only

Can somebody please help me!!!

It also says theres a trojan in my temp internet files:C:\Documents and Settings\Stephen\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5\ZORUZZ5Z\xc23[1].exe\[PECompact]

I dont know which one is causing my read only problem or if they both are.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks.
(first hijackthis log is before safe mode, 2nd is in safe mode)
i really dont think that running AVG will do much since it cant delete/move anything because everything is in read only right now
