Default [Resolved] Safe mode logon keep restarting.

Hi Iam having problem in loging to safe mode (xp pro sp2). As soon as I move to the username to logon the mouse cursor move away and it restart back. I have scan with Nod32 and also Avg antispyware all treats being clean away ( I set to show all and ext. in folder view windows restore system disable in Normal mode ). In the normal windows mode the mouse cursor seem to be OK it need not move away when I logon to the username. I do hope you can let me know what to do next. Thanks.

Try booting up in the Safe Mode, then shutting down and reboot.

Good Luck

I could not even have a chance to logon to my username it close when your cursor or Tab key is forcast in the username. I do hope to hear from you and others for help. Thanks.

For the meaning of bootup look here -
What is boot? - a definition from Whatis.com - see also: boot up, booting

During the bootup process, Press F8 key.
If you see a boot up selection displayed, press ESC key, then continue to press F8.
This will bring you to a page that will offer many options.
Select Safe Mode
Once in the Safe Mode, shutdown your computer.
Once shutdown, bootup again (do NOT press F8 this time).

If your computer will not allow you to do the above, place your Windows Installation CD in the CD drive and bootup off of the CD drive. When you get to the page that offers the option to Repair for problems booting into Windows, press the R Key. Do NOT select "Install".

Good Luck...
