The OCA Client history install tool thing is something to do with Microsoft online crash analysis, it's nothing to worry about.

I have no idea about the OTOY thing though.

Are you sure? I'm fairly positive it's something to do with MS Online crash analysis but I could be wrong.

Am I absolutely dead certain ? No-- but I don't like the google results-- and why would a system tool like that appear in add/remove? He's not in the Windows components section.
In XP it's called Windows Error Reporting.
I could be wrong --but I would still want answers-- he does not recognize them.

Ok i clicked uninstall and it said are you sure you want to uninstall OCA
Then i clicked next and this came up, im sure a 6kb programme cant do this........

Shall i just get rid of it'?
