I would give it a try,

From what I've read ( I haven't tried it yet but I'm looking to now that you've brought it to my attention) it will run a virtual environment that captures the disk writes without altering your system unless you say it's okay.

It looks like it could be a great line of defense against malicious software and whatnot and provides a nice looking testing environment for programs you are unsure of running on your machine or for browsing suspicious sites (which you probably shouldn't be doing anyway )

It does seem to form a great line of defense against intruders. Have been using it for the past hour or so and does not seem to interfere at all with my web browser. Havent tried it with any doddgy sites yet. Can you suggest any? LOL Will keep all posted. TNX

Guys - I've seen this in action since Beta 2 and a demonstration from a Microsoft Spokesperson.

Everything I've heard is good...and wonderful.

I've been running it since I got Vista installed and haven't noticed any issues.

a mfew questions.
does it work well with new programs, or slow them down at all?. Does it actually find the malware, or just store it in one place. Also is the sandboxie easy to remove completely if the user does not like it on xp home?

thanks, jake
