Hi i got some spyware with matching virus. I already removed the virus that always detected on my computer. trojan downloader something like that. But my problem is about this system alert

Well that message always appearing almost 15 minutes. So how can i remove that? I already scan my computer using spyware,antivirus removal but nothing found. And i cant find the folder or file running on my startup. And there is a program that linked everytime i clicked that here is the websiteSpyLocked - Main Thanks in advance
