Default How to solve this Script Virus ?

Help! I cant access my C drive. My AVG anti-virus dictated a file named MS32DLL.dll.vbs being affected by a script virus. It couldnt heal it, so I moved it to the AVGs Virus Vault to contain it. Since then, I still cant access the C drive and an error box appeared Windows Script Host Can not find script file C:/MS32DLL.DLL.vbs each time I tried to access it.

So how do I get solve this script virus problem, so I can access my C drive again?
