Question computer is acting strangely

Hi,
I am almost positive that you don't have a post for this problem. But if you do, I apologize. I looked thru the site, but I just dont know how to describe the problems Im having.
My son was doing his homework on my computer. He went to ask.com using the IE7 browser; he was using the dictionary on ask.com. He called me over and we experienced some unusual activity. My computer started typing on its own, and it wouldn't let him type anything. I saved some screenshots from a program called Hello. This is highly unusual, although this is the second time it has occured. I tried googling for a solution, but I am coming up empty handed.
I am sending 2 pics. I looked in running processes and i found sapisvr. Does that have anything to do with it? I looked it up and its got to do with speech recognition. If it does, how do I get rid of it?
Thanks
Kay

Try and wait until we've finished here - just incase we need you to do another HJT scan...

One of the security team will be along shortly to take a look at your log

Do you mean that there were words appearing in the dictionary search box? This may be a dumb question, but could it have been an advertisement?

Did you run AVG Anti-spyware? Please post this log as well.

Yes, there were words in the dictionary search box and there were words typing by theirselves in the program hello. Also the first time I experienced it, it was in the google search box. I don't have avg anti spyware but I did run spybot and no threats were found. I clicked on avg anti spyware and its only a trial version.

Download " SUPERAntiSpyware Free Edition" from this link:
SUPERAntiSpyware.com - Downloads

Install and update the scanner.

Next, please reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the following:
1) Restart your computer
2) After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, press F8.
3) Instead of Windows loading as normal, a menu should appear
4) Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode.

For additional help in booting into Safe Mode, see the following site:
PC Hell: How to Start Windows in Safe Mode

Start the scanner, click "Scan your computer", mark the drives that you want to scan (in the left window). Select "Perform Complete Scan" (in the right window). Click "next"

The scanner will now start to scan. As soon as it has finished, you should mark everything that is found, and let the scanner fix it.

Reboot your computer. After reboot, open the scanner again. Click "preferences"-> "stastics/logs". Mark the log. Click "View log", and copy the content of this log into your next reply.
