Ello again everyone, I've not been on for ages, my PC has been really stable. Hope you are all well, happy new year and all that.

I have a few questions and wasn't too sure where to stick them, so I've bunched them together (to save me time) and stick them in here, hope that's OK.
Anyway.
1) My PC seems to be slowing down a bit over time, is there anything I can delete that may speed her up a bit? Apart from really obvious things like internet cookies and such.

2) I use Bullguard for a virus/firewall. They seem really good, however the only other thing I use is Spybot Search and Destroy. Is this sufficient to protect my system?

3) I've just ordered an XFX GeForce 7800GS, is this going to give me a massive boost over a Nvidia 6600GT? I want to play BF2 on full/near full settings.

4) What do you think I should have for tea tonight......

I know they're simple Qs so I don't expect a superfast response.

01: Download and run CCleaner to clean out all the rubbish, run defrag, get a third party one like Diskeeper to keep your hardrive in shape.

02: Get SpywareBlaster and update it it will stop a lot of the carp getting installed.

03: I'm not up on video cards and / or games.

04: Cod and chips.
