Cool [Answered] spyware question

I used to have spyware which took up 100% cpu on the svchost.exe process. Now howether i have re formated, before i did this when i had the spyware problem i made a few backup dvds in nero, i didnt back up the spyware becuase i did scans with avg on the things i put on. Im wondering now if it could jump off the disk if i put it in to take some backed up data off it?

In a word Jake NO
Where you might get problems is if the backup data you are trying to copy is infested with spyware.
Then it goes right back into the system.
