I agree with Blue-- many of these things have variants and new threats are discovered every day-- if you go here-- there is a link to a an active map showing attacks in the last 5 minutes:
The analysers will never equal a trained professional. They can help you make a decision to seek further assistance, or if there is some other issue.... but i would not depend on them completely. It is also possible to do significant damage to Windows and other software with Hijack This-- which is why the untrained are not allowed to advise on HJT logs on this site...
Unfortunately --malware/spware/trojans/viruses are already a huge problem-- and they are also the fastest-growing issue on the web. Catches many people unaware every day.

Although we do offer a great anti-spyware/malware service here, the site you have mentioned is actually very good to give you an early indication of potential problems.
hmmm, I've used this site on a few occasions, but it's only real use is for breaking down what is in your Hijack log. A lot of what comes up as "Possibly Nasty" are lagit programmes running in the background that are not recognised by this analyser. There's nothing like a trained pro to make the distinction between software and malware.
