fo sime reason i cant access and online email website yahoo or hotmail to be exact after i put i my username and passord the nex screen gets teh usual "cannot find server" message as im i dont have an internet connect but i do because i can go to other sites just fine and online gaming still works.... im also having trouble sending files through instnt messanger it sys im behind a firewall but i know my firewall is disabled and yahoo instant messager wont even load... i double click on teh icon and nothing happens at all.

The thing with Windows Firewall, is that it turns itself back on after any windows update.

You also may be subject to some spyware related software on your system.
Can you please follow the prework link in my signiture, and post the resulting logs here? One of the security team will be more then happy to have a look for you.
