Indeed alot of people seem to be having that prob, and no real solution around it seems. This comes closest to an answer:

Yes I actually found that post yesterday and tried the first stage where you delete the folders in safe mode and it wouldn't even let me do that.
What about these 2 solutions? Don't know how specific they would be to this problem.

Quite possibly, but I found these links in another thread on this subject. Someone suggested it may work for someone trying to uninstall pc guard.
Can you think of any ideas for getting rid of it? I'm running out of things to try.

I'm sorry but I can't find anything usefull, it is probably best to contact you ISP as they supplied (forced) the Blueyonders PCguard software on your pc.
