Angry One Stop Search?

Ok, I've had tons of computer problems in my lifetime, and most could be resolved by just searching forums. I seem, however, to be stuck.
Currently, I'm using my sisters' old laptop. When I got it, it was full of "malicious software", so I ended up getting rid of her old antivirus and installing NOD32. Everything was fine and dandy, untill a few days ago when I realised that when I search in Yahoo and Google, and click on the link to the websites that come up, I'm brought one of a few "one stop search" sites. I've tried searchin with altaista, and that one seems to be working.
An example:
I search "Dog Wikipedia". The first page to show up is:

Dog - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. This article is about the domestic dog. For other uses, see Dog (disambiguation). Subspecies: C. l. familiaris. Canis lupus familiaris. The dog is a mammal in the order Carnivora. ... Your continued donations keep Wikipedia running! Dog. From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia ...
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dog - 112k - Cached - More pages from this site - Save

I click on the link, and it brings me to:
One Step Search :: dog wikipedia
I've tried Adaware, Spybot, neither worked.

Hi jjj123, welcome to the PCHF!

Good to see that you've got your HJT log already done, can you please follow the rest of the Prework link in my signiture? It's an extensive malware search of your computer that helps us detect and advise further action.

Once the extra logs have been posted, our security team will be able to jump on and have a look at it for you.

Also make sure to post the full HJT log, it seems as a part has been cut off from this one.
