My homepage on the internet has been hi-jacked. I am also getting pop-ups and a flashing warning sign in the bottom right of my screen, in the taskbar thingy.

It is similar to the problem I had last time.

I still have all the tools I downloaded from last time, so if anyone wants to guide me through it again.

Please not I still cannot get into safe mode.

I have run Spybot and Adaware.
