Default [Pending]CPU Usafe too high

I think it is being caused by spyware or something.

I have been here not long ago, and you guys sorted me out.

Now however suprise suprise...........another problem.

I have just bought McAfee 06 so should be ok soon.

Basically sometimes my p.c would just slow down then become totally un-responsive, andcrawled to a halt.

Eventually I managed to get Task manager up, it said my computer usage was very high, and internet explorer was what was taking up all the memory.

I shut it down and restarted, but basically the same thing keeps happening.

I ran spybot and ad-aware and then did hi-jack this log.

Can anyone help me?

Hya Sheepskin.

Look's clean to me.

Ewido also doesn't find anything?

Let's try a Panda scan:

http://www.pandasoftware.com/activescan/

And post the log if it finds anything please. Also click on the "Afterwork" link in my sig and follow specificly part 6, but have a quick look trough it entirly aswell.

Have you (tried to) follow the cleanup instructions in the "Afterwork"?

Also go to start / run and in the run window type in:
sfc /scannow >enter
Have you XP CD in youre drive, and it'll run itself, replacing any missign or damaged protected XP files.

And any luck with the Panda scan?
