So the internet is up. I know that for a fact. IE can connect, and so can MSN Messenger. And the little light is blinking on the box. But Firefox keeps doing that annoying "server not found" thing. I've tried everything I can think of, but nothing's working. It worked fine and dandy last night when I was on, then another user "downloaded updates from HP".. and *poof* went Firefox's ability to browse. What should I do?
Lets have a look for malware problems. If you click on the "Prework" link below in my sig , follow the instructions there and then post the two resulting log files then we'll start with that.
