My personal choice would be the cops. Even if they cant do anything they would probably know where to look for further help. Or maybe a lawyer. . .

You could try contacting the sites owner and ask if he wants to remove the info.

1) Contact the site - most Admins are very nice people
2) If you get nowhere with the site owner, use www.whois.sc to find out the site's host and report it to them
3) As a last resort, inform the authorities....although I am absolutely sure that unless the person that posted the info IS the site owner, they will remove the info pretty darn quickly for you.

I was looking online and I also came across a place called www.cyberangels.org. They are a internet crime prevention and assistance program.
