ok yesterday i dowloaded a program called hide ip platinum and installed a game and all of a sudden my computer runs really slow, it takes a while for programs to open up and my internet lags alot, i ran ad aware se, ewido security ccleaner. problem still exists. i can also not log onto aim triton. please help asap. all help is greatly appreciated! thanks.

Looks like a legit app , and i dont think it is bundled with spyware or something. But have you tried to disable/uninstall it to see if it is the cause of the problem?

well it was a .rar file and it was with some other programs so i got it as a bundle, but i ran the other ones but they didnt need to be installed they just launched, uninstalled the program but stuff still lags. and i cannot sign on with aim triton but i can sign on with one of the older versions of aim, on the same exact sn. thanks.

ok im attaching my hijack this logfile, but before i start id also like to mention that something is messing with my web browsing, if i try to goto some sites it says this page could not be found blah blah blah, but i know the page is there i check it on my laptop and it comes up, so ya. also i ran spyware doctor, when finished i cleaned entries and then it said reboot in safe mode to delete the other one, i ran spyware doc again in safe mode and deleted it, i then restarted normally, now my computer runs really slow i cant even open any programs, the screens lag, everything lags it takes like 15 minutes for task manager to open, let me state that this was after i took all the spyware that it found off in safe mode, so i rebooted in safe mode with networking and here i am now. i need to stop talking now. but this is really ****ing me off

please help asap. heres my logfile...

I dont see any real problems in youre log , did spyware doctor make a log file?
Maybe it helps to see what it removed.

And it looks like you are using Nod32 and Norton at the same time? I would uninstall/disable one to prevent conflict and performences issues.

yes, i am using both, i will turn one off. but i was running in safe mode with networking and all of a sudden my internet was completely shut down, only on my computer though not the whole network i went to my connections right clicked on it and went to status then on the tab where it shows your ip, and all that other stuff it was completely blank no ip no dns, no default gateway or anything, so i clicked on repair connection and a message came up saying it cannot repair it for some reason, not sure what exactly it said because im not at my desktop pc, which is the one with the problem but this is really starting to **** me off. ill check to see if spyware doctor saved a logfile but i hope we can fix my issue asap because i need my computer to do work, thanks!
