Default [Fixed] Help with Blackworm....I think?

Guys I am in desperate need here. I think my computer is infected with blackworm. When I am on Internet explorer, sometime my computer locks up and says that it was disabled by blackworm virus and give my an ok button to click. I clicked the ok button and it took me to a popup that said I needed to download some type of WIN(something) to get rid of the virus. I just clicked the X button to close it out and its been doing this a couple of time tonight. I am running Norton AV, Ad-aware, spybot, microsoft anti-spyware, and i think AOL does a check also. None of these have picked this virus up and I don't know what to do now. Can someone PLEASE help me....I have a ton of files for school on my PC and cannot lose them. From what i have read about this blackworm it affects the type files I need most...word, PPT, excel, and others

Thanks in advance,

Chad

Welcome to PCHF, firstly, don't panic, you've found us now

Secondly, I would like you to carry out our tried and tested procedure in the [Pre-Work] link in my signature. When you are done, post the 2 logs back into this thead as attachments.

Just to add , dont worry to much. Im pretty sure it is not the real blackworm virus but its just using its name , so dont worry about youre school files.

And we'll get rid of it after you have posted the logs for sure.

Default Here are my two logs...

I think this is what you guys are talking about. I'm not sure what I told Ewido to do to the files. Is this going to make a big difference?
