hope this is right place to post this one?
I run the most recent version of Ccleaner,today when I went and used it and went to check out the issues after cleaning,many of this appeared::icon_scra

Uninstaller Reference Issue KB883939 HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Currentversion\App
Management\ARPCache\KB883939

I would say about 50 of the above showed up,them being simular except for the data #.
I have all boxes checked in the Registry Integrity as well as File Integrity.

Can I hit the fix selected issues button on these or would I be advised to save them if I do delete them.

Dont worry , you have just updated windows , manually or automatic.
They're normal , and save to delete.
