i think its not malware tho,

"when i download any .zip file it doesn't prompt to save it or run it anymore. and 2nd, sometimes when i restart my computer my taskbar is on put there's no icons on desktop but when i ctrl+alt+del and log off it comes back again..

:smiley: Right that is the issue from the other thread. It is probably left over from being infected, sometimes infections corrupt files.

Have you already done the RegSupremePro? If so, let's head off to the other thread.
