Default [Fixed] Unable to remove Kazaa

Hi you guys, This is my first post here. I have a annoying problem.

I was stupid enough to install Kazaa, because I needed a documentary. When I tried to remove Kazaa from my software list I got the following error:

Setup has encountered an error. Please do the following:
- Close any running programs
- Empty your temporary folder
- Check our internet connection (Internet-based Setups)
Then try to run the setup again. Error Code -6001

I then tried using the 'kazaabegone' program. This time when I tried to remove Kazaa from the software list this error came:

"Error loading C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\INSTAL~1\PROFES~1\RunTime\070 1\Intel32\Ctor.dll
The specified module could not be found."

Can someboy please help me with problem, because there is some spyware that's called 'bestoffers' that can't be removed as long as Kazaa isn't removed

you could just simply try removing it manually, go to c:/program files move down to kazaa right click it and click delete then empty your recycle bin

I already did that, but I want Kazaa to be removed from my software list. As long as kazaa remains in the software list, I can't remove 'bestoffer' spyware ****. Because when I want to uninstall this 'bestoffer' program it says that I first have to remove Kazaa from my software list

Have you tried a program called tune up utillities? you can get it from www.tune-up.com its only a 30 day trial but it allows you to unistall programs from it.

Thanks for the tip. I was able to remove both Kazaa and Best Offers from my software list, BUT the Beststoffers folder is still in my Program Files and When I try to delete this folder it says:

Cannot Delete tbon.exe: Acces is Denied
Make sure the disk is not full or write-protected and that the file is not currently in use

Have you tried deleting the folder in safe mode?
