tried killbox, first of all said that "this file could not be deleted when trying to delete the entire folder, then (lol), "this file does not seem to exist" when trying to delete one of the four files individually...i can assure you however they are there, perhaps their ghosts?
never mind, thanks anyway...

you can try to reboot pc and delete the files, It could be still in use
1. so reboot the pc
2. sutdown any programs that might use these programs (press ctrl+alt+delete to remove taks bar programs)

3.and it should work

i notice that the program Hijackthis has a feature under misc tools to delete files on reboot, never used it, but it would be worth a shot. do you have ntfs file system? or fat?
